Great experience! My room was very clean and newly updated and the bathroom was very nice and had a glass door shower with a large ring light mirror. The front desk staff was welcoming and kind and made it easy for me to check in and out. I would stay here again. Holiday inn expresses rarely disappoint!

I explained in the previous column the things that were wrong and my pros and cons. Thank you for having us, we enjoyed the comfy bed and the shower was great. The floors were not clean though. They were black when we had to wipe up water from our bathing suits.

This hotel is extremely clean and well appointed. The updates make this hotel far superior to other Holiday Inn Express hotels that I have visited. The breakfast was above par. Every staff member interaction that I had was wonderful. Management should be very proud of this operation.

Made reservations at this hotel since it was right on my way back home. Great place, very clean and the beds were really comfortable. One big plus, the room AC works great! Room was nice and cool during the night which made for great sleeping, and I like it cool.

Went to a concert in the area. Booked a king suite. Clean and spacious. Had a mini fridge, microwave and sink. Perfect for our post concert snacks. Enjoyed a great breakfast. No complaints. Friendly staff and the room was comfortable. If you are lactose intolerant, they did not have an alternative for milk. My only complaint.

We only stayed one night but if our schedule would have allowed we would have stayed another night. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us when we came through the door. We highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful experience.

Issues with billing. I made a reservation for 3 nights. The staff placed me in the wrong room and applied my credit card to another person. I showed the reservation to the front desk with all of the details. The front desk made three different reservations vs. one They billed me for one and two nights vs. three nights.
